We often get asked, “What about posing? I’m not sure what to do in photos!” Thankfully, we’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of couples, families and pets over the years and we’ll be sure to help pose you so you’re looking your best. Overall, if you’re having fun, you’ll look great so focus on comfortable clothing and your love for one another and we’ll be well on our way to a great session!
GENERAL DIRECTION
Before we get started, please know that our directions are only concepts, they are not something to be performed so try to do everything as though no one told you to do it. We know, that’s easier said than done but we have faith that you’re going to find a rhythm pretty quickly into our session together!
ALL ABOUT THAT FEELING
Guard what you think and feel, for what you think and feel will determine how you look. Focusing on feeling awkward will make you look awkward so focus on happy memories, who you’re there with and just generally happy thoughts.
During your session, treat each other as though you’re on a date with your best friend and the love of your life. Don’t be afraid to express your emotion and don't hesitate in how you express it. The best moments captured are often when you didn't realize they happened because you stopped trying.
