We've All Been There...
Registering for a workshop, paying to be part of a large stylized shoot, or even attending a conference where you're battling it out among 20+ other photographers for the right angle. It can be impossible to get a moment to speak to models with your own direction based on what you're looking to capture. It's annoying...isn't it? Not here. Not this time.
Also, being a photographer can be, well...lonely. Many of us are flying solo with the occasional second shooter when needed. Others team up with their spouse to create a business together which can still cause creative funks. Very few of us actually have the luxury of working with a team of pros so the opportunity to practice with someone, grow our skills, bounce ideas off someone else or even just talk "shop" are non-existent. This shoot allows you to connect, collaborate, practice (and maybe even fail) together in the pursuit of trying new things that you otherwise wouldn't with a paying client.
This is NOT an educational workshop. This is not a traditional "stylized shoot". This is an opportunity for you to build realistic content for your portfolio. Stylized shoots are great but they're so obviously styled you walk away wondering how many images you're actually going to post. Clients want to see real weddings. Real couples. Real examples of your work. Our content day is all about doing just that.

Need some behind-the-scenes content for your feed? Our team would be happy to help you capture just that! We're happy to grab things on your cell or our gear if you prefer. We'll be walking around shooting BTS all day and will share everything we grab with you. No tagging or watermarks needed!
Who Can Attend?
Photographers
Obviously....but really. It doesn't matter if you're a master at your craft in need of some control over your content or if you're just a year or so into business and you're ready to up your game. Our content days are for everyone. We simply require you to submit proof of your established business including links to your website and social media pages.
Videographers
Yeah, you too! Content creation isn't just for photographers and sometimes, you need to shake things up with new b-roll for marketing, try new lighting techniques or just shoot in a location that fits the style you're appealing to. Every single part of our content days are designed with you in mind too.

- Detailed planning prep guide to help keep you organized and on task all-day
- Access to the venue + grounds from 12pm - 9:30pm (sunset is at 8:14pm)
- 4 different couples throughout the day to photograph
- Detail Shot Props (floral, craft paper, fabric, rings, perfume, vow books, ring boxes, etc.)
- Bouquets, flower crowns + flower necklaces for adorable pups
- Furniture in Fields (think vintage couches, chairs and stools)
- Champagne for "poppin' bottles" shots
- Cakes for photographing (and different ideas of how to photograph them!!)
- Send off supplies (sorry no sparklers)
- Soda, water, coffee, Red Bull...you know, the essentials
- Taco bar dinner to keep us going
- Behind-the-scenes photo & video of you in action captured by our team
What's Required?
All participants must pre-register as space is very limited. We'll send a reservation contract over upon booking.
We have a number of amazing vendors participating in this Content Day and we're all about sharing the love. We'll provide you with an email list for everyone who participated so you can share your edited images with them. They've all agreed to give credit back to you whenever posting. Our beautiful couples are also excited to have some fun keepsake images from their wedding replay day! We ask you to deliver a minimum of 20 edited images to our team so we can provide each couple access to memories to download, share and enjoy. We'll also be connecting via a private Facebook group before and after.
You must bring all your own gear. We do not supply any photography/videography equipment or lighting.
